Director Business Development, U.S. Clinical and Medical Affairs
Bryce has transitioned within TriNet Pharma to a business development role and will serve as the Director of U.S. Clinical and Medical Affairs. In this role, Bryce will identify the needs of clients seeking to expand, backfill, or create their medical and clinical affairs departments. He will also act as their trusted partner, helping them achieve their recruitment goals.
Prior to his transition to business development, Bryce served as the Director of Operations and Account Management. In that role, he was responsible for managing a team of five full-time recruiters and three researchers. Bryce ensured the recruiters kept job requisitions current, provided guidance to guarantee open roles were expeditiously filled, helped recruiters meet their goals, and provided continual training on the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and recruiting practices. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Bryce served as the primary point of contact for current and past clients. He made sure candidate criteria were met and assisted the client throughout the recruitment process. He also kept clients up to date on recruiting efforts.
Before his role as Director of Operations and Account Manager, Bryce was a successful Medical Affairs recruiter, and prior to joining TriNet Pharma, he worked in the retail food service industry where he managed a family-owned meat market. There too, he managed client relationships and ensured orders were correct and met quality metrics.
Bryce attended Oklahoma State University and Texas State University studying microbiology.
When not working, he enjoys spending time at his family’s farm and out on the lake with his wife, attending Dallas Stars games, traveling, and playing with Scout and Riley, his two dogs.
