Director Research & Operations
Monique Day began with TriNet Pharma in 2019 and has grown in her career to her current role as Director of Research & Operations. In this role, Monique partners with the Account Managers and Recruiters to ensure TriNet Pharma successfully identifies the right talent for clients.
Prior to joining TriNet Pharma, Monique was the Operations Manager for an internet marketing company where she managed the IT team and their projects.
Monique grew up in sunny southern California before moving to Texas during high school. She held onto her California roots as long as she could, but it didn’t take long for that Texas pride to kick in. Monique is married to her best friend, Matt, and they have two very spoiled pups. Monique enjoys staying active, traveling, reading, and watching college football.
