Mara Vaughan founded TriNet Pharma with her late husband Bryan in 2009 and today serves as President of the high-performing recruiting and consulting agency specializing in the MSL space.
Mara has a passion for people. Through her expertise in partner training and development, she has expanded people-centric programs within the organization and for clients and recruits alike.
TriNet Pharma started as a small family business, and while the company has grown Mara is committed to leading with family business values. Putting her employees first and creating a company culture that values working parents are paramount to Mara’s vision for the company’s future.
